"I would highly recommend working with Dewey if you are looking to buy or rent in NYC. He was able to answer all of my questions/concerns thoroughly and thoughtfully. He has a great understanding of all of the neighborhoods I was considering and he was very responsive when I needed to get in touch with him. He arrived at the showings prepared - and always with a smile. The bonus was learning that he actually has lived in the city for many years and I appreciated his perspective on buying vs renting. "I was assigned Dewey through my corporate relocation coordinator. He was prompt in reaching out and we set up an initial call to outline what I was looking for in my first rental in NYC. After that initial call he set up some listings on a shared google doc where I could add some places that I found on my own as well. He gave very detailed comments on each property, pros, cons and fun facts about the building or neighborhood. He was organized and was very flexible on my schedule and the times that I was available to view properties. He was always on time, very professional, and super responsive. Dewey really made the process very easy and I was able to secure an apartment in an my ideal location in a matter of a couple of weeks. He helped with the application process and help prepare me for all the documentation needed. I would love to work with Dewey again in the future and would also 100% refer him to a friend or colleague."
